CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System, which is hosted by Dubai Golf’s website on www.bydubaigolf.com. If you visit or reserve tee times through Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Dubai Golf or its content suppliers and is protected by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and international copyright laws.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Dubai Golf grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Dubai Golf. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying or any use of data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Dubai Golf. You may not use any Dubai Golf or Emirates Golf Club or Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club logo, or any other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission from Dubai Golf.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System extends its best effort in order to ensure that this website, its servers and email are free from viruses, defects or other harmful components. However, we are unable to guarantee that use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause any damage to your computer. You must ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen anything that may cause damage to it. Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. The maximum limit of liability of Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System shall not in any way exceed the value of the products or services sold. Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you.

OUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Visitors/Hotels
Green fees are not refundable for cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the date of play.

Green fees are refundable for bookings made 30 days or more prior to the date of play. A 90% refund will be applied and a 10% administration and credit card charge will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be credited to the original credit card used for payment within 14 days of the cancellation.

Cancellations can only be done by completing the cancellation form provided online. The date the cancellation e-mail is received by Dubai Golf will be taken as the date of the cancellation.

Green fees are refundable if a golf course is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative course/s will be offered for the date of play. If the change of course is not acceptable, a 90% refund will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. If an alternative cannot be offered on the same day a 100% refund will be given.

UGA Members
No refund will be made for cancelled bookings.

All refunds will be processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams. Under no circumstances shall Dubai Golf be liable for any losses, costs and expenses incurred by you due to changes in exchange rates or commissions charged.

 OUR AMENDMENT POLICY

Visitors/Hotels
Amendments can be made up to and including 11 days prior to the date of play, free of charge.

For amendments made 10 days or less prior to the date of play, a charge of AED 100 per total booking will apply. The amendment charge will be debited to the original credit card used for payment.

UGA Members
No amendments are allowed to any reservations made.

Changes made by you as to Players are permitted as stated in the Terms and Conditions. Where such change in the Players increases the Total Green Fee Charges, any additional charges shall be immediately due and payable by you at the time the change is made. Such Player changes may include (but shall not be limited to) a change in a Player's status, for example but without limitation, where the Player's status is changed from "UGA Member" to "Visitor" or to “Junior”. Where a change in the Player's status results in a lower Total Green Fee Charge, Dubai Golf shall not be required to offer any refund to you.

 OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings must be paid for by a valid credit card. Dubai Golf only accepts the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. All credit card payments are subject to the approval of the relevant credit card company and paying bank. Dubai Golf shall not be liable in any way if your credit card company or the paying bank refuses to process, honour or accept your credit card or credit card particulars for any reason.

Where a credit card company or the paying bank rejects or reverses payment for a Booking, Dubai Golf may, at its sole discretion and in addition to its other rights and remedies, immediately reject and cancel the relevant Booking.

You accept and agree that Dubai Golf will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by you or any Players in the event of any unauthorised disclosure of data, information or other default by any suppliers or licensors to, and/or contractors or agents of, Dubai Golf.

All rates quoted on the Website and the System are in United Arab Emirate Dirhams. Dubai Golf is not liable for losses, costs or expenses incurred by you or any Players caused by exchange rate fluctuations or any commission charges incurred whether imposed by your credit card company or otherwise.

These website terms and conditions ("Conditions") incorporate the Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy found on the Dubai Golf’s website at the URL www.dubaigolf.com ("Website"). By making any Bookings (as defined below) using the Website, you agree to be bound by and accept all of the Conditions, including the Total Green Fee Charges and Cancellation Charges, as may be amended from time to time.

BOOKINGS
Each tee time is for four players. Tee time bookings for less than 4 persons are not exclusive to the 1 /2 /3 persons booking an individual tee time
By registering on the Website, and using the system that allows you to book tee time slots at designated golf clubs through the Website ("System"), you hereby confirm that:
  1. You are at least 18 years of age;
  2. You are logging into the System using your own login ID and password, or if using another party's login ID and password, that you are authorized by that party to do so;
  3. If acting on behalf of another or others to make Bookings (as defined below), you are authorized to act on behalf of that party to make Bookings for that party or that include that party;
  4. You take full responsibility for your use of the Website and the System, including but not limited to use of the Website and the System by any person you have authorized to act on your behalf and/or any person you are responsible for such as minors living with you;
  5. All information supplied by you in the use of the Website or the System is true, accurate, complete and is not provided for any fraudulent or misleading purpose;
  6. You shall use the Website and the System only to make legitimate golf tee time reservations ("Bookings") for you or for (an)other person(s) ("Players") for whom you are legally authorized to act, and that abuse or unauthorized use of the Website or System may result in you being denied access to the System, the Website and/or the Golf Clubs operated by Dubai Golf; and
  7. You shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties and/or taxes arising out of your use of the Website and the System.
You hereby agree that Dubai Golf's receipt of any and all information from you is on an "as-is" basis, and that Dubai Golf will not verify any such information and is entitled to rely upon the information on an "as-is" basis.

You hereby agree that issuance of an online confirmation voucher by Dubai Golf upon completion of all required booking details and payment of the Total Green Fee Charge (as defined in the Payments section below) or a Deposit (as defined in the Payments section below) does not constitute acceptance of your Booking but merely confirmation that your request for certain tee time slots has been received. You shall print a copy of the confirmation voucher and present it to the relevant Golf Club on the Date of Play (as defined in the Payments section below). Failure to do so may result in you being required to pay to the relevant Golf Club the Total Green Fee Charge again, or the Golf Club denying you and any relevant Players access to the relevant Golf Club. Only the acceptance of your copy of the confirmation voucher by the relevant Golf Club shall represent acceptance of your offer and formation of a binding contract between you and the Golf Club where you wish to play golf.

The Website may contain links to other web sites which are not owned or maintained by Dubai Golf. Dubai Golf accepts no responsibility for the information, products, services or other material obtained or available on such other web sites, and Dubai Golf shall not be liable for any loss arising from, or related to, the access, viewing or use of such web sites. You hereby agree that the inclusion of these links on the Website does not imply any endorsement or approval by Dubai Golf of the linked websites, or the content, information or any linked addresses on such linked web sites.

PRIVACY POLICY
Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System uses the latest Secure Server Technology in order to ensure that all your personal and transactional information is protected.

DATA PROTECTION
Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act. Our data protection policy ensures that we will only use your personal details in order to market Dubai Golf, Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club branded products and services. To this end, we may hold your personal details in order to process your purchases and/or maintain your account. We will not make available those details to other companies for marketing purposes.

COOKIES
Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System maintains the highest of security standards therefore we use cookies when you enter this website. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. During your visit to the website, suppliers which have been carefully selected and monitored by Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System, may also set cookies in order to meet contractual obligations with Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System. These cookies do not store any personal details relating to you such as your personal information or your credit card details. We also use JavaScript to enhance the speed of your online shopping experience. If you disable either cookies or JavaScript, you will not be able to use this website.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System, you agree that the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dubai Golf.

DISPUTES
By visiting the Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System you agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai in connection with any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System or to products you purchase through Dubai Golf’s Online Tee Time Reservation System.
